S M Toufiq is a Senior Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to advancing hearing, speech, and communication healthcare in Bangladesh. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Audiology and Director (Academic) at the Advanced Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences (AIRS), contributing to education, clinical training, and professional development.

As the General Secretary of the Bangladesh Association of Audiologists & Speech-Language Pathologists (BAA-SLP), he actively supports the growth of the profession nationwide. Toufiq is also a recognized public speaker, regularly participating in media programs, seminars, and awareness initiatives to promote hearing health and early intervention.

Through his clinical, academic, and advocacy work, he remains committed to improving the lives of individuals with hearing and communication disorders.
